Upon moving to Gig Harbor one of my top priorities was finding a great Chiropractor. I broke my back as a teen in a roll over car accident and have struggled with numerous back injuries over the years due to that accident. I tried several chiropractors in the area and none were able to provide me with long term relief until I found Lindley Chiropractic! I love that I can book my appointments online at my convenience and that they accept my insurance. Jack is great at what he does and talks through each adjustment with you making sure you are comfortable and have an understanding of what is about to happen. I have received chiropractic care on and off for the past 20 years to help with an auto accident injury, to help with tension headaches, and most recently, a broken tailbone. A good friend referred me to Dr. Jack when I relocated to Gig Harbor from Seattle. I was so worried to establish care after seeing my previous chiropractor for 12 years (if you know, you know :) chiropractors are like therapists - when you find a good one you stay. At my first appointment I was really impressed with Dr. Jack's bedside manner, deep listening, and thorough evaluation that focused on the entire body. With each step of the evaluation, and every adjustment since, he gets my consent for each step and then checks in with me after each adjustment. I truly feel cared for and heard when I have an appointment with him. I would (and have) recommend Dr. Jack to family and friends. It takes a lot of trust to receive chiropractic care -- if this were my first chiropractic experience, I would have never known that. Dr. Lindley has changed my outlook on Chiropractic care!! I recently have been having low back pain from carrying my small children as well as neck pain. I've followed Dr. Jack through 2 offices where he was an assistant chiropractor and now that he has his own practice. We moved to the area a couple of years ago and have tried a couple of chiropractors but they would only do your basic click, click done see you in a couple days. Jack took time to check your spine and body totally out and started adjusting where you needed it to help straighten and strengthen your whole body. Dr. Jack Lindley was recommended to me by my nephew who is also a Chiropractor in Dallas, TX. They went to school together at Western States in Portland, OR. I had a very bad spell with Vertigo and like before had gone to a Chiropractor in CA where I live. I was up visiting my sister in WA and knew that if I could get into a Chiropractor they could help me get rid of my Vertigo. I have had mixed experiences with Chiropractors before, but Dr. Jack always makes me feel comfortable and safe.
